It is best to brew herbal teas from the leaves of strawberries, raspberries, currants, lingonberries, mint, willow tea, calendula and linden flowers. It is worth brewing these plants in their pure form, without mixing them with each other, so you can drink only those teas that you really like. If you do not want to drink a particular tea, you should not force yourself, since a sensitive pregnant body can signal in this way that this drink is not suitable for you.
