Liqueur Xu Xu (analog)

We will need:

  • strawberries 500 g;
  • vodka 0.5 l;
  • sugar 250 g;
  • lemon 0.5 pieces;
  • water 200 ml.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the strawberries into several pieces.

  2. Pour strawberries into a jar and pour vodka.

  3. Add the juice of half a lemon.
  4. Close the jar with a lid and place in a sunny place for 10 days.
  5. Strain the liquid through cheesecloth. Close the lid.
  6. Add sugar to the berries and shake. Leave for 3 days to completely dissolve the sugar.
  7. Strain the syrup.
  8. Pour water into a jar, stir and strain the syrup again.
  9. Mix syrup and strawberry infusion, leave for 5 days.
  10. Strain again, bottle and drink.

We will need:

  • strawberries 350 g;
  • cinnamon sticks 1 cm;
  • carnation 2 buds;
  • sugar 150 g;
  • zest of 2 lemons;
  • bay leaf 2 pieces;
  • vodka 750 ml.

Preparation:

  1. Put strawberries, spices, 90 g of sugar, lemon zest and bay leaves in a jar.
