- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- 150 ml of water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cream
- for making hot chocolate:
- 1 tbsp. spoon of cocoa powder
- 150 ml cream
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. spoon of water
- African coffee:
- 200 ml of water
- 2 teaspoons of Arabica coffee
- ½ teaspoon of cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
- sugar
- for cocoa flip:
- 300 ml of water
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
Instructions
Step 1
To brew a classic drink, put a spoonful of cocoa powder in a cup and brew with boiling water. Stir the drink thoroughly, then add sugar and cream. Sugar can be replaced with honey and cream with milk.
Step 2
For hot chocolate, combine cocoa powder with sugar and starch in a small saucepan. Pour in cold water and stir until smooth. Heat the cream to 60-70 degrees and pour into the cocoa mass. Stirring continuously, stir everything until smooth. Place the saucepan on low heat and heat the mixture, not boiling.
Step 3
A drink based on coffee and cocoa - African coffee. Pour hot water into the pot. Mix coffee, cocoa and cinnamon, put in a coffee pot. Heat over low heat until the drink boils. Turn off and let the drink settle, pour into cups, add sugar to taste.
Step 4
A delicious cocoa-based drink is a cocoa flip. Use only very fresh, raw egg yolk to prepare the cocoa flip. The yolk must be rubbed with sugar so that it turns white and the mass slightly increases in volume. Heat water to 90 degrees and brew cocoa. Add a small amount of the drink to the beaten yolk and grind a little more, then mix with the rest of the cocoa and whisk the entire drink. Then pour immediately into cups and serve.
