It is necessary

    • wheat grains - 1, 5 tbsp.;
    • poppy - 1 tbsp.;
    • raisins - 1 tbsp.;
    • walnuts - 1 tbsp.;
    • honey - 3-5 tbsp. l.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse wheat grains thoroughly in running water. Place them in a clean, deep container and cover with cold water. Leave them to soak overnight.

Step 2

In the morning, after the wheat grains are soaked, drain the water from the container. Use a sieve for convenience.

Step 3

Transfer the wheat to a saucepan and add 0.5 L of cold water.

Step 4

Boil wheat for 1, 5-2 hours over low heat until tender. Wheat is ready when it is soft.

Step 5

Cool the boiled wheat porridge. While the wheat is boiling, prepare the poppy seeds. Pour it into a deep bowl and pour boiling water over it. When the water in the poppy has cooled down, drain it. Mince the poppy seeds or use a blender.

Step 6

Prepare the raisins. To do this, rinse it under running water, put it in a deep bowl and, like the poppy, pour boiling water over it. Let it brew. The raisins will be ready when they swell.

Step 7

If your walnuts are not peeled, then peel them. When the nuts are prepared, chop them using a blender or finely chop with a knife, or you can crush them in a mortar.

Step 8

Dissolve honey with a little boiled water. Stir.

Step 9

Add all the ingredients you cooked to the cooled wheat porridge - poppy seeds, raisins, walnuts and honey. Stir the kutya.
