Bright, original and very tasty Pomegranate Bracelet salad will become a real highlight of any feast. Guests will appreciate not only its taste, but also its wonderful, beautiful presentation.
It is necessary
- - 250-270 g of chicken fillet;
- - 2-3 medium potato tubers;
- - 2 carrots;
- - 2 beets;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 1 onion;
- - 10-15 halves of peeled walnuts;
- - 1 large ripe pomegranate (or 2 small ones);
- - mayonnaise;
- - a little vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to wash and boil the beets, potatoes and carrots in the skins. Boil eggs and chicken fillets until tender. Cool all ingredients after cooking. Remove the peel from the vegetables, and peel the eggs.

Next, you need to take several clean bowls. Grate vegetables and eggs on a coarse grater and put each ingredient in a separate bowl. You can immediately add a little salt to the grated vegetables.

Cut the chicken into small cubes.
Peel the onion, chop finely and sauté until soft in a pan with sunflower oil. Finely chop the nuts with a knife.

When everything is ready, you can shape the Pomegranate Bracelet salad. In the center of a wide dish, place a culinary ring of the required diameter, or an ordinary glass. Around it you will need to lay out the salad in layers.

First, put a layer of half of the chicken meat, a little mayonnaise around the glass.

Then lay out the carrots, potatoes, chopped nuts and 1/2 grated beets in layers. Lubricate with mayonnaise to your liking and desire.
