Pasta dishes are very popular in almost every family. This is because pasta is quick and easy to prepare, is inexpensive, and can be used to make a variety of dishes. To diversify the usual "pasta" menu, you can cook excellent pasta in the most delicate cheese sauce.
It is necessary
- - durum pasta - 1 pack (450-500 g);
- - milk with a fat content of 2.5% - 1 glass (250 ml);
- - flour - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - hard cheese - 400 g;
- - mustard powder - 0.5 tsp. without a slide;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to boil the pasta. To do this, boil 3-4 liters of water, add 1.5 tablespoons of salt and, as soon as the water boils, add the pasta and boil until tender (cook for 6-8 minutes). After that, flip them in a colander to drain excess liquid.
Step 2
In the meantime, let's prepare the sauce. Heat 50 ml of milk until warm, add flour and stir. Pour the rest of the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. After boiling, transfer the milk-flour mass to it and mix. Then lower the heat and cook for 3 minutes until thickened.
Step 3
Grate hard cheese on the finest grater. Add it along with salt, mustard powder and black pepper in a saucepan to the thickened milk. Stir until smooth and, as soon as the cheese is completely melted, remove the sauce from the stove.
Step 4
While the pasta is hot, transfer it to a deep bowl and top with the hot cheese sauce. Stir everything together well so that the cheese soaks each pasta well. Then divide the food into portions and serve immediately.
