The main task of a culinary specialist in preparing a salad is to thoroughly mix all the ingredients in order to enhance the secretion of juice. Then the vitamin mixture turns out to be more tasty and is eaten faster, better absorbed. For children, you can prepare a salad of fresh vegetables with the addition of fruits.

To prepare a children's vitamin salad, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Two oranges.
  • Two medium carrots.
  • A handful of white raisins (grapes are allowed in summer).
  • Peeled pumpkin seeds - 2 large spoons.
  • Three large spoons of honey.

Cut one of the oranges in half. Squeeze the juice from the half and mix it with honey. Peel and cut the remaining one and a half oranges. It is better to grate the carrots on a coarse grater, crush the seeds with a potato pusher or chop in a different way. Put everything in a bowl and mix. Add raisins, honey dressing, stir again so that all ingredients can be well saturated with the juice that stands out.

This dish is suitable not only for children - it becomes an excellent addition to white wine and chicken prepared for an adult table.

Vitamin salad with pine nuts

The addition of a single ingredient to a familiar dish can completely change its taste. If kids love nuts, you can try making them a regular, nut-flavored fresh vegetable salad.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • A piece of soft pumpkin 200 g.
  • One medium carrot.
  • One medium-sized apple.
  • Two large spoons of nuts (better than pine nuts).
  • Lemon juice - one spoon.
  • Greens and vegetable oil to taste.

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, sprinkle a little with lemon, place in vegetable oil. Peel the apples and carrots, cut into strips. Add greens, chopped nuts, mix all ingredients in one cup until soaked. Can be served in small bowls.
