Chop the cucumbers into small strips. Boil the eggs, cut the egg white into strips, and mash the yolk. Chop the greens as well. Stir all the products, salt, squeeze out the lemon juice and add sour cream. Make the prepared salad a slide, decorate with sprigs of dill and parsley, put grated yolk in the center.

Summer Day salad

You will need: 1 medium head of cabbage, 2 carrots, celery, 2 cucumbers, 1 sweet pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt.

Cut the cabbage into small strips, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the greens. Cabbage goes well with celery and crushed garlic. Cut the cucumber and bell peppers into small pieces. Season the dish with olive oil, you can add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Stir the salad, put on a plate, sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Healthy Morning Salad

You will need: half a head of cabbage, 1 bunch of lettuce leaves, 1 cucumber, 1 apple, 1-2 tomatoes, 3 teaspoons of shelled walnuts. For the sauce: mustard, olive oil, pepper, salt.

Wash and dry all products. Cut the pepper into medium-sized strips, rub the cucumber and apple on a medium grater. Chop the cabbage, add salt and mash well. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands, cut the tomato into slices. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir. For the sauce, squeeze lemon juice, add some mustard, olive oil. Season the dish with salt and pepper. Season with sauce and sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top.

Vitamin salad

This salad has a sweet and sour taste and its recipe is very simple.

You will need: 1 green radish, 1 carrot, 2 fresh cucumbers, 1 onion, dill, green onions, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, sugar.

Wash and clean the products. Grate radish, carrots and cucumber on a coarse grater. Chop the onions into cubes and add a little vinegar, remember with your hands and leave to infuse. Finely chop the herbs and garlic. Put all the ingredients in a cup, add a little sugar, salt. Season the salad with vegetable oil.

Light Fruit Salad

You will need: 500 - 600 g of strawberries, 2 bananas, juice of one lemon, sugar to taste, fresh mint.

Rinse fruit well, cut strawberries in half, bananas into thin slices. Put everything in a salad bowl, season with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar. Put the salad to cool in the refrigerator, then put in the bowls. Decorate the top with a sprig of mint.
