It is necessary
- - 1 kg of small cucumbers;
- - 2 liters of drinking water;
- - 2 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
- - 4 tbsp. l. salt (not iodized);
- - 5 cloves of garlic for 1 can;
- - 3 leaves of cherries and currants for 1 can;
- - half a leaf of oak and horseradish for 1 can;
- - 1 umbrella of dill for 1 can;
- - 3-6 peas of black and allspice per 1 can;
- - 1 tbsp. l. vinegar 9% for 1 can.
- Kitchen scales, tablespoons, knife, stove, liter glass jars, metal lid with rubber band and preservation key, two pots, deep bowls, basin, ladle, watering can lid, towel and blanket.
Instructions
Step 1
Don't like to clutter everything up with jars of pickles and prefer to pamper yourself with new fragrant vegetables? Then you definitely need to learn how to pickle cucumbers in liter jars. Rinse the cucumbers well and soak them in a bowl for 2 hours.
Step 2
Rinse the jars and lids, checking beforehand for rust and cracks. Sterilize glass containers in any convenient way, boil the lids and leave them in a saucepan until preserved. Sprinkle the rest of the inventory with hot water and place on a table covered with a clean towel.
Step 3
Half an hour before you need to get the cucumbers, you can put a saucepan with two liters of water on the fire, boil a kettle, peel and rinse the garlic. Pour boiling water from a teapot over the dill leaves and umbrellas and place the spices in a bowl. Rinse the cucumbers and place them in a deep bowl.
Step 4
Place the garlic, dill umbrella, horseradish, oak, currant and cherry leaves in a 1-liter jar. Fill the jar with cucumbers and, using a ladle, pour boiling water from a saucepan to the future pickles to the bottom of the neck. Cover the jar with a metal lid and let sit for a quarter of an hour.
Step 5
To prepare a fragrant brine, put a watering can on the jar, pour all the liquid into a saucepan and put it on fire. Bring the future brine to a boil, add sugar and salt and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 6
Pour the pepper into a jar of cucumbers and pour the hot brine with a ladle to the base of the neck. Add vinegar, cover the jar and roll up with a key. Turn the workpieces over and check for air escaping. If necessary, repeat the conservation procedure again.
Step 7
Place the rolled up jars upside down, cover with a blanket and leave for 3 days. If the jars are not cloudy or "exploded", put them in a place prepared for pickles and you can serve pickles on the table in a month.
