The yogurt pie turns out to be tasty and airy, the berries add a pleasant sourness to it. Instead of strawberries, you can take any berries you like, add vanillin. If the recipe is followed completely, the pie rises high.
It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - 400 ml of fruit yogurt;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 2 cups wheat flour;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 20 strawberries;
- - 10 g baking powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Take two large chicken eggs, beat them with granulated sugar. The mass should be airy enough.
Step 2
Add yogurt with any fruit flavor to the eggs. Add flour and baking powder, melt the butter and add to the mixture too. Knead the dough out of it.
Step 3
Rinse the strawberries, cut each berry into 4 parts. Now it's strawberry season, so get some fresh berries for this recipe.
Step 4
Place half of the strawberries in a baking dish and cover with yoghurt dough. Arrange the remaining strawberries on top.
Step 5
Bake the pie for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Step 6
Remove the finished cake from the mold, cool it. Cut into portions, serve with tea, coffee or with warm milk - you get an option for a baby breakfast. Top with powdered sugar or melted chocolate.
