Freshly ground coffee is always tastier than pre-packaged coffee, with the exception of vacuum packed coffee. Many people believe that coffee, brewed in a Turk, cezve or over an open fire, turns out to be much tastier. It is usually served in small porcelain cups with a coffee spoon.
Turkish coffee recipe
This coffee is brewed from only two components - water and coffee, but the result is a very aromatic drink.
We will need:
- 100 ml of water;
- 15 g of coffee.
Boil water in a Turk, remove from heat, add coffee, stir with a spoon, return the Turk to the fire, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, let it brew for three minutes.
Irish coffee recipe
This is a more complex coffee recipe. It turns out a very aromatic and strong drink, it is prepared with the addition of vodka.
We will need:
- 100 ml of water;
- 20 ml of vodka;
- 10 g sour cream;
- 9 g of coffee;
- 2 pieces of refined sugar.
Make coffee, let it brew, pour into a cup, add sugar. Add vodka and sour cream, mix. Irish coffee with a special taste is ready.
Arabic coffee recipe
According to this recipe, the coffee is not as strong as the previous one.
We will need:
- 100 ml of water;
- 7 g of ground coffee;
- a lump of refined sugar.
Put a sugar cube in a Turk, pour in 80 ml of water, put on fire. After boiling water, remove the turk from the heat, add coffee, stir, return to the fire, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add remaining water, boil again. Let the coffee brew for a few minutes, pour into a cup.
