In summer, the counters are full of fresh homemade berries, fruits and vegetables! So why not fill your diet with vitamins by introducing a variety of smoothies into it: both tasty and healthy, and you don't have to stand at the stove!
The cooking process in each of the recipes is the same: put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth! Large vegetables and fruits, such as beets or apples, are best cut into small pieces.
Currant smoothie (servings 4):
- 2 cups black currant, - 2 bunches of mint, - 4 large bananas, - 2 glasses of natural yogurt and 2 glasses of water.
Green smoothie (4 servings):
- 12 lettuce leaves, - 6 medium celery sticks, - 2 pears, - 2 bananas, - juice of 2 limes, - 3 glasses of water.
Orange Sun Smoothie (Serves 4):
- 6 carrots, - 4 apples of the "Simerenko" variety, - 4 cm fresh ginger
- 4 medium bananas, - 2 oranges, - a bunch of fresh mint.
Mint & Coconut Smoothie (Serves 4):
- half a fresh coconut, - 2 bananas, - a large bunch of fresh mint greens, - 3 glasses of water.
Smoothie "Tarhun" (4 servings):
- 4 sticks of celery, - 2 handfuls of fresh tarragon leaves, - a large bunch of fresh mint greens, - 2 peaches, - 2 bananas, - 2 apples, - juice of 1 lemon, - 3 glasses of water.
