Cottage cheese pie is not only a very delicate and delicious dessert, but also incredibly healthy. Baking such a dish is not difficult at all, and its taste is so good that it can be served on a festive table. The recipe below is so simple that even someone who has never dealt with baking can make a wonderful curd cake using it.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 3.5 glasses of flour;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 200 g of butter.
- For filling:
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 1 glass of shelled nuts;
- - 1 glass of raisins;
- - a bag of vanillin or vanilla sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour flour and sugar into a deep bowl, stir and add softened butter to this mixture. Rub this mixture with your hands to make a loose crumb.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the raisins for five minutes, drain the water, and dry the raisins (use disposable towels). Grind the nuts into dust (you can use either a blender or a coffee grinder).
Step 3
Put cottage cheese in a deep bowl (you can take any product for the cake, as long as it is fresh), add sugar, eggs, nuts, vanillin and raisins to it. Stir the curd mass until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Step 4
Lubricate the silicone mold with butter (you can use both vegetable and butter) and put 2/3 of the previously prepared crumbs on its bottom, make a good weight, make small sides (since there is butter in the dough, there should be no difficulty in sculpting). Lay out all the filling.
Step 5
Now place the remaining crumbs in an even layer on the pie filling (you can use a spatula to level).
Bake the cake with cottage cheese in the oven for about 50 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees, at the end of cooking, turn the temperature slightly higher so that the cake is well browned.
Step 6
Put the finished dessert on a tray, cover it with a towel on top and let it cool slightly, then cut it into portions.
