  • - two tablespoons of vegetable oil

Step 1

Pour milk into a small saucepan. Reheat until warm, but not hot. Pour in one spoonful of sugar, a little flour, yeast and stir well. Place in a warm place and cover with a napkin or thin towel.

After twenty minutes, the yeast will ferment. Pour the mixture into a larger bowl. Add the rest of the flour, egg, melted margarine, salt, a tablespoon of sugar and knead the dough thoroughly.

Put in a warm place for an hour. When the dough doubles in volume, transfer it to the table, knead well again. Cut off one fourth of the dough, roll out a thin layer.
