Sausages are not a product that can be consumed immediately. They should be cooked before eating. One of the cooking methods is to grill the food.
Several recipes for grilled sausages (ingredients are given per half a kilo of sausages).
1. Simple sausages. Prepare 3 tablespoons of sour cream and any greens to taste. Free the sausages from the shell, brush with sour cream, place on a heated grill or wire rack. Turning over, fry until crisp. Chop the herbs, remove the toasted food from the wire rack, place on plates and sprinkle with herbs.
2. Sausages with garlic. Make oblique cuts on the peeled sausages (like on a loaf). Finely chop 6 cloves of garlic. Start cuts with them, anoint everything on top with mayonnaise or sour cream - two tablespoons are enough. Place the sausages on the hot grill and fry until crisp.
3. Sausages with cheese. You will need 200 g of hard cheese, one lemon or dry white wine, a bunch of green onions, several branches of dill. Chop greens, grate cheese. Remove the film from the sausages, cut along, but not to the very end. Put some cheese in the cut, secure with toothpicks, pour with diluted lemon juice or wine. Place on the grill and brown until golden brown. Serve with herbs.
4. Sausages with onions. Prepare one medium onion, bunch of green onions, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Peel the onion, cut into cubes, chop the green onion. Mix half the green onions with the onions, add a spoonful of mayonnaise, stir. Cut the peeled sausages to length and fill with the onion mass. Grill. Serve sprinkled with green onions.
