Hunger is by no means the most pleasant sensation we experience. Moreover, it can arise at the most inopportune moment. You can quickly satisfy hunger, but, unfortunately, this is not always beneficial for the body.
Instructions
Step 1
If fast food isn't for you, pay attention to what you eat throughout the day. Choosing the right food can help you control your hunger without taking you by surprise. Give preference to lean meats, vegetables, and whole grain breads throughout the day. You can eat porridge for breakfast - carbohydrates will break down slowly, and the feeling of hunger will not come soon. If you suddenly feel hungry, buy (or take with you from home) some nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews). 20-30 grams will be enough to satisfy your hunger and eat normally after a while.
Step 2
An appetizing green apple will also be useful in your bag. It is much healthier than sandwiches and hamburgers, and hunger wins with a bang. In addition, apples contain fiber, which has a positive effect on digestion.
Step 3
Dried fruits are also a great and bright idea for an unplanned snack. They will not harm the figure (if they are eaten in reasonable quantities) and will saturate the body with useful substances. A few pieces of dried apricots and prunes - and you are back in shape!
Step 4
If you need to have a snack very quickly, literally on the go, opt for drinking yogurt. It's no coincidence that its creators came up with the idea of pouring a delicious drink into a bottle - this is a very convenient way to satisfy your hunger.
Step 5
Green tea is great for satisfying hunger. It is enough to drink just a small cup, and it will be easier to "live" until the next meal.
