These Japanese pancakes are more like biscuits. They are usually served with melted butter, maple or chocolate syrup.
It is necessary
- - 2 eggs;
- - 200-240 ml of milk;
- - 50 g of sugar;
- - 10 g (sachet) baking powder;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 240 g of premium flour;
- - vanillin - on the tip of a knife or a drop of vanilla essence.
Instructions
Step 1
Pre-sift the flour with baking powder. Beat the egg with milk, sugar, salt and vanilla. We combine both mixtures and mix well with a mixer so that there are no lumps.
Step 2
Heat the pan well and then cool on a cold towel: this will allow us to get a perfectly even color. However, if you have a very good non-stick frying pan, you can skip this step.
Step 3
Pour the dough into the pan with a ladle so that it immediately spreads evenly, and return it to the stove (if cooled on a towel). Fry over medium heat for about a minute, until characteristic bubbles appear. Then turn over with a spatula and fry for another minute, already under the lid. Serve with your favorite syrup and / or fruit! Bon Appetit!
