I always liked millet porridge, but I didn't know how to cook it. Until one day I came across this recipe. The porridge is excellent!

Thoroughly rinse the cereal until transparent. We put it in a saucepan and fill it with two glasses of water. Cook over high heat.

As soon as the water boils, reduce the heat to minimum and open the lid. The water should evaporate.
Millet porridge became my favorite after I tried it in the hospital. My roommates gave their portions to me, for some reason they did not like her.

And now the water from the porridge has almost completely evaporated, just look so that it does not burn from the bottom. Add two glasses of milk, salt and add sugar to taste. We continue to cook over low heat. By the way, I only use country milk, it seems to me the most useful.

Cook the porridge for about twenty minutes until tender. As soon as it is cooked, we remove it from the heat and taste it. If you need to add salt or sugar, do so now.
