Pasta and sausage are popular and nutritious foods. By combining them, you will get an interesting dish that will decorate your table, will not tire you with cooking, and will surprise you with a new taste. It is prepared and called simply - casserole.
Sausage - pasta casserole
Ingredients:
- boiled pasta - 250 g;
- hard cheese - 200 g;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- smoked sausage;
- tomatoes - 3 pcs;
- chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
- onion - 1 piece;
- cream - 120 ml;
- salt, black pepper;
- parsley.
First, boil the pasta as usual, but do not cook it, even if it is not completely cooked. Throw in a colander, dry, pour in 1 tbsp. l butter and stir. Cut the cheese, sausage into cubes, chop the onion into small strips. Wash the tomatoes, make a cross-shaped cut with a knife on their top, put them in a saucepan, pour over with boiling water, let them lie in boiling water - then it will be easier to remove the skin, remove the skin, cut the pulp into strips.
The oven needs to be preheated before baking, so turn it on in advance, setting the temperature to 200 ° C. Find a convenient form in which you will make the casserole, grease it with oil. Mix everything: pasta, tomatoes, cheese, sausage, onion, add spices, load everything into the baking dish chosen for baking.
Beat eggs, salt, cream in a separate glass or dish, whisk everything again, pour the sauce into the pasta. If the dish has a lid, close it and put it in the oven, and if without a lid, close it on top with foil.
Keep the casserole in the oven for 20-25 minutes, remove, then remove the foil or open the lid, bake for another 15 minutes, until a golden brown crust appears on the surface. Cool the finished mass, cut into even portioned pieces, sprinkle with herbs. You can set the table.
Salad with sausage and pasta
Even with pasta and sausage, you can come up with such an original salad: take boiled pasta in the shape of horns, mix with any boiled sausage, finely chopped, add bell pepper, fresh tomato or, optionally, a cucumber, add boiled carrots, diced, salt, season low-fat mayonnaise. The number of products does not have an exact dosage, it depends on your taste. The salad is very nutritious and juicy.
Sausage cutlets with pasta
To prepare sausage cutlets, grate boiled sausage in the desired amount, pour 2-3 raw eggs into it, chop onions (1 piece), herbs, add sifted flour to get a thick consistency, if you like, you can grate cheese. You need to take the mass with a tablespoon or dessert spoon, put it in a pan and fry on both sides. Serve with pasta.
