Instructions

Step 1

When deciding to cook Chicken Cordon bleu, make sure that the chicken breasts are thawed in advance. Then rinse the meat in warm running water and pat dry a little with kitchen towels.

Step 2

Separate the sirloin from the bone, then cut each piece lengthwise. Wrap the fillet pieces in two layers with cling film and beat gently. The layers should be 0.5 centimeters thick. Salt the semi-finished products, pepper with white pepper to your taste.

Next, cook the cheese and ham. Divide the cheese into three equal slices. Cut the ham into three even parts. Place food on top of each other, fillets, ham, cheese. Roll up a roll of them, starting from the narrow side of the meat layer.

Wash eggs, break into a deep bowl, beat with a whisk or ordinary fork. Roll the rolls initially in flour, then in beaten eggs. Lastly, process the meat in breadcrumbs. To make the breading better adhere to the food, press it down with your hands.
