The crispy crust of chicken meat goes well with the delicate filling of ham and cheese.
It is necessary
- - 4 large chicken breast fillets;
- - 100 g of Gruyere cheese;
- - 4 slices of ham;

- - 100 g bread crumbs;

- - vegetable oil for frying;

Instructions
Step 1
Slice or slice the chicken fillet in half horizontally, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the slices of cheese on top of the chicken slices and each slice of ham on top of them. Cover with the other half of the chicken. Secure with skewers or toothpicks.

Pour the flour onto a plate. Crack the egg in a bowl and shake lightly with a fork. Pour the crackers into another bowl.

Dip the chicken in flour, shaking off the excess. Then dip in an egg and then thoroughly coat the pieces of meat in breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a deep skillet or wok. Grill chicken rolls for 8 minutes. Place two slices at a time in the skillet. Turn each piece only once. You can fry the chicken in boiling oil: Heat the oil over high heat in a deep skillet with a thick bottom and brown the meat well.
Step 5
Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon, place on paper towels to get rid of the fat. Serve garnished with quartered lemon and lettuce.
