Cordon Blue is a schnitzel made from meat, ham and cheese. It can be served as a main course with a side dish or as a hearty snack. Delicate meat with cheese turns out to be very tasty.

- - ham 100 g;
- - chicken egg 2 pcs.;
- - butter 30 g;
- - vegetable oil 20 ml;
- - bread crumbs;
- - ground black pepper;

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry with a paper towel. Beat off one side with cling film, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the ham into thin slices. Divide the cheese into 2 oblong pieces. Wrap the cheese in the ham and place over the chicken breasts.
Step 3
Wrap the ham and chicken breast so that the cheese does not protrude. Beat eggs with a little water. Dip the chicken breasts in eggs, then in bread crumbs, then again in an egg, then in breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Place the cooked breasts in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then heat the butter, fry the cordon blue in it. Chicken breasts prepared this way can be served with mashed potatoes, boiled rice and fresh vegetables.
