Pasta is good for breakfast, as it contains complex carbohydrates that are broken down for a long time in the human body, due to which an even distribution of the generated energy occurs. - 600 g pasta
- 300 g lean ham
- 100 g tomatoes
- 150 g cheese
- 100 g ghee
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 50 g smoked brisket
- breadcrumbs
- salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the pasta until half cooked in salted water at the rate of 1 liter of water per 100 g of pasta, observe the cooking time indicated on the package.
Step 2
Throw them in a colander, let the water drain.

Grate the cheese, finely chop the ham.
Step 4
Beat eggs with milk. Add cheese and ham. Then add the pasta. Stir.
Step 5
Finely chop the brisket and fry for 1 minute in a dry frying pan. Add the chopped tomatoes along with the juice that has separated and, stirring occasionally, fry everything together for a few more minutes.
Step 6
When the tomato juice begins to boil, remove from heat. Let cool slightly. Add to the prepared pasta mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Step 7
Grease a baking dish with ghee, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the pasta in a mold. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.
