    • 600 g pasta
    • 300 g lean ham
    • 100 g tomatoes
    • 150 g cheese
    • 100 g ghee
    • 2 cups milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 50 g smoked brisket
    • breadcrumbs
    • salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the pasta until half cooked in salted water at the rate of 1 liter of water per 100 g of pasta, observe the cooking time indicated on the package.

Step 2

Throw them in a colander, let the water drain.

Step 3

Grate the cheese, finely chop the ham.

Step 4

Beat eggs with milk. Add cheese and ham. Then add the pasta. Stir.

Step 5

Finely chop the brisket and fry for 1 minute in a dry frying pan. Add the chopped tomatoes along with the juice that has separated and, stirring occasionally, fry everything together for a few more minutes.

Step 6

When the tomato juice begins to boil, remove from heat. Let cool slightly. Add to the prepared pasta mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Step 7

Grease a baking dish with ghee, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the pasta in a mold. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.
