Very tasty and easy to prepare soup with chicken and pasta. By the way, pasta can be replaced with noodles or noodles. This soup is the perfect first course, light dinner, healthy and hearty breakfast.
It is necessary
- 3 liters of water;
- 500 grams of chicken meat;
- 3 onions;
- parsley and dill;
- 2 carrots;
- 120 grams of pasta;
- 3-4 potatoes;
- salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken with cold water, and then cut into large pieces. Peel 1 carrot and 1 onion and place in a saucepan with the chicken. Pour water there and put on fire, waiting for the water to boil. Next, remove the foam, add salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer the soup over low heat for 40-45 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and wash the rest of the vegetables. Chop the onions, cut the potatoes into cubes, and cut the carrots into stars or circles. Although all this can be simply grated.
Step 3
When the chicken is cooked, remove the meat from the broth, separate it from the bones and cut into small pieces. Remove the onions and carrots that were cooked with chicken from the pan and discard. They are no longer needed, since they gave everything they need to chicken broth.
Step 4
Now put the potatoes along with the chicken pieces into the broth. Put on the fire and continue to cook the soup for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes are semi-cooked.
Until then, fry the chopped onion and chopped carrots in a skillet. Then, transfer them to the soup pot. Add the pasta there and continue to cook everything for another 8-10 minutes, until the pasta is cooked.
Step 5
When the pasta is done, taste the soup and add salt if necessary. Then toss finely chopped greens into a saucepan, cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat. It remains to give our chicken soup a few more minutes so that it is infused and you can serve it on the table.
