Idaho potatoes are one of the simplest and most delicious dishes that came to us from America. It is a baked potato with spices. This delicacy is prepared very easily and quickly. It can be served as a side dish with many meat dishes.

- greens - dill and parsley;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- mustard to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Choose even, large potatoes. The peculiarity of this dish is that the potatoes are cooked together with the skins. Therefore, rinse each tuber thoroughly, you can rub it with a brush to remove heavy dirt. Then let the vegetables dry.

Cut each potato in half, then cut each half into three more pieces. In the end, it should look as if you are cutting apples for a charlotte, only the slices should not be thin.

Pour water into a small saucepan and put it on the stove to heat.

Place the sliced potatoes in a saucepan. This must be done while the water is still cold. Bring to a boil and cook for about 3 minutes.

Remove the potatoes from the pot, place them on a plate and let cool.

While the potatoes are cooling, you can make the sauce.

In a deep bowl, combine sunflower oil and mustard.
