It is necessary

  • - 3 large potatoes,
  • - 30 g butter,
  • - 100 g of oatmeal,
  • - 5 tbsp. flour,
  • - spices to choose from,
  • - 1 egg,
  • - 2 g dry yeast.

Instructions

Step 1

First, boil the potatoes until tender.

Then drain, mashed potatoes, add butter and spices. At the same time, dissolve the yeast in warm water and leave for 5 minutes.

Grind the oatmeal in a blender.

Step 4

Add oatmeal, yeast and egg to the cooled puree. Knead a not very steep dough, it should stick a little to your hands. Leave to rest for 15-20 minutes.

Step 5

Lay parchment paper on the table, brush with sunflower oil, take a piece of dough and sprinkle a little flour on top.

Step 6

Mash the dough a little on paper, cover with cling film and roll out with a rolling pin into a thin layer.

Step 7

Remove the film and make circles with a glass.

Step 8

Heat enough sunflower oil in a deep skillet over high heat and start frying the slices. They are fried quickly, about 10-15 seconds on each side. The main thing is not to overcook, otherwise the taste will be lost.

Step 9

When the chips are cooked, sprinkle them with paprika.
