Cheesecakes are a universal breakfast that can be served with jam, sour cream, jam. But you can make a fragrant cherry sauce for them yourself. If desired, you can add prunes, dried apricots, candied fruits, raisins to the dough for cheesecakes.
It is necessary
- For 15 cheesecakes:
- - 400 g of cottage cheese;
- - 100 g flour;
- - 50 g of sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - vegetable oil.
- For the sauce:
- - 300 g cherries;
- - 50 g of sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of starch.
Instructions
Step 1
Mash cottage cheese with vanilla (you do not need to add) and sugar. Add eggs, stir. Add flour, mix again. Cottage cheese can be wet or dry, so you need more or less flour. You don't need to make a thick dough, it should stick to your hands.
Step 2
Form small cakes from the dough, roll in flour.
Step 3
Pour oil into a frying pan, heat it up, put cheese cakes. Fry over medium heat until golden brown. Then turn over, fry on the other side.
Step 4
For the sauce, dilute the starch in 150 ml of water (use cold water).
Step 5
Add sugar to the cherries, pour in 200 ml of water, bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes. After that, pour in the starch, stir, remove from the stove.
Step 6
Pour warm cherry sauce over the prepared cheesecakes, serve immediately.
