Instructions
Step 1
Rub the curd through a sieve. Soften butter at room temperature, cut into small pieces.

Beat eggs with sugar. The mixture should rise several times.

Combine curd and beaten eggs, stir. Mix the flour and baking powder, gradually add the flour and baking powder to the rest of the mixture, continuing to beat. Also whisk, add butter, and then a pinch of salt.

Take the muffin tins, grease them with butter. Place the dough on the tins in a layer of 5-7 mm. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Place the dough in the oven and cook for about 15 minutes. Then cool completely.
Step 5
Whisk the cream with milk and icing sugar as directed on the package, as different manufacturers have different recipes. Add lemon juice, mix everything gently, and then put in 2/3 parts of baskets.
Step 6
Dissolve the gelatin in hot water, boil, also follow the instructions on the package, add sugar. Cut fruit into small pieces, mix with berries, put in baskets, cover with gelatin, cool. The baskets are ready.
