How to make yogurt
Ingredients:
- milk, 1 liter;
- sour cream, 3 tbsp. l.
The recipe is quite simple. You need to take fresh milk, add a little sour cream and leave for a day in a dark and dry place. Stir occasionally. The next day the curdled milk is ready for use.
Pancakes with curdled milk
Ingredients:
- flour, 200-250 grams;
- curdled milk, 400 ml;
- 2 eggs;
- 0.5 tsp soda;
- a pinch of salt;
- 3st. l. Sahara;
- vegetable oil.
Instead of baking soda, you can add baking powder to the dough.
First, break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork. Add soda, eggs, a pinch of salt, sugar to the curdled milk. Gradually combine flour with this mixture and mix thoroughly. The consistency of the dough should resemble sour cream. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it up a little. Fry the pancakes on both sides.
Sometimes, washed raisins are added to the dough before baking.
Pancakes with yogurt with apples
Ingredients:
- flour, 5 tbsp. l.;
- curdled milk, 500 ml;
- 2 eggs;
- salt, a pinch;
- sugar (to taste);
- apples, 5-7 pieces;
- vegetable oil.
Break eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork. Add salt, sugar (to taste), eggs to the curdled milk, mix thoroughly and combine with flour, gradually adding it to this mixture. Wash the apples, peel and cut into small wedges. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it up. While one side of the pancakes is fried, put the apples on the other and then turn the pancakes and brown them. Sprinkle the finished dish with powdered sugar.
Pancakes are usually served with butter, sour cream, honey or jam. Very interesting desserts can be obtained by serving pancakes with various fruits and condensed milk. Ingredients:

Add sugar, vanillin to sour cream and mix thoroughly. The sauce is ready. It does not have to be melted in a frying pan; if desired, you can simply pour over the pancakes.

Chocolate sauce
Ingredients:
- dark chocolate, 170 grams;
- water, 115 ml;
- sugar, 3 tbsp. l;
- butter, 30 grams;
- cream, 6 tbsp. l;
- vanilla essence, 0.5 cups.
In order to prepare the sauce, you need to heat the water in a saucepan to a boil and add sugar, stirring until completely dissolved. Break up the chocolate and cut the butter as thin as possible. Add chocolate and butter to sugar water and stir. Remove the pan from the heat. Pour the cream and vanilla essence into the sauce, stir well and the sauce is ready to use.
