Delicious browned pancakes are a great breakfast option for the whole family. A simple recipe will allow you to cook them in just a few minutes.
- Sour milk (yogurt can be used) - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 1-2 pieces
- Sugar - 2-3 tablespoons
- Flour - about 1 glass
- Soda - about 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - about 1 teaspoon (to quench the baking soda)
- Salt - a pinch (about 1/3 teaspoon)
- Sunflower oil - for greasing the frying pan
- Vanillin / cinnamon / raisins - optional
Preparation:
1. Break eggs into a deep bowl, beat them with a whisk (or mixer) with sugar and salt.
2. Pour yogurt / kefir into the egg mixture and mix with a whisk.
3. Then add soda, quenched with lemon juice.
4. The next step is to add flour to a bowl. It is best to do this gradually, stirring constantly, to avoid lumps. Add a little vanilla, cinnamon, or raisins if desired.
5. Pour in flour until you get the consistency of thick sour cream. You can check the readiness of the dough as follows: scoop the dough with a spoon, it should not overflow over the edges of the spoon.
6. Put a greased skillet over medium heat.
7. Bake pancakes in a hot frying pan until golden brown on both sides (if the quality of the frying pan allows, you do not need to grease it with oil in the future).
8. Pancakes should be served warm or hot with honey, jam or sour cream.
