  • For eight servings:
  • - 1 kg of pork;
  • - 340 g of canned pineapple;
  • - 300 g of hard cheese;
  • - 1 sweet Yalta onion;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of canned corn;
  • - salt, black pepper, vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the meat into pieces 2 cm thick. Cover the table with cling film, put a piece of meat on it, cover with cling film on top, beat off on both sides. Season the meat with pepper and salt to taste.

Step 2

Cut the canned pineapple into slices. Chop the onion, add to the pineapple, add the corn and stir.

Step 3

Brush the parchment with vegetable oil and place the pork pieces on top. Place the filling on top of the chops, spreading it evenly.

Top with grated cheese. Place the baking sheet in the oven, cook for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
