It is necessary

  • For decoration: kernels, one tablespoon, powdered sugar.

Step 1

We prepare the cupcake from sponge dough. Knead the dough and leave to ferment for 3 hours. Grind the butter with sugar, gradually adding eggs. Into the resulting mass we introduce flour, salt, raisins, candied fruits and cooked dough, knead the dough and let it come up for one hour.

Step 2

We shape the finished dough and place it in a mold, greased with oil, and leave it at a temperature of 37 - 40oC so that it fits.

Step 3

When the dough has doubled, grease the surface with an egg and sprinkle with kernels of nuts. We put the form in the oven and bake for one hour at a temperature of 190 -200oC. After cooling, the cake can be garnished with powdered sugar.
