It is necessary

  • - flour - 450 g;
  • - sugar - 1 tsp;
  • - eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - hard cheese - 150 g;
  • - champignons - 500 g;
  • - onions - 2 heads;
  • - soy sauce - 2 tsp;
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - ground black pepper - a pinch.

Instructions

Step 1

Dough preparation. Whisk 2 eggs with salt and sugar. Add 1.5 cups warm water, stir. Pour flour in a slide, make a depression in the center. Pour water with sugar, salt and eggs into the well. Knead the dough. The dough should be tough. Knead until bubbles appear. Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and place in a warm place for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Cooking the filling. Cut the onion and mushrooms into cubes. First fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown, then add the mushrooms and fry everything together until tender. Season with salt and pepper, season with soy sauce, stir and refrigerate. The filling is ready.

Step 3

Grate the cheese. Roll out the dough into a very thin layer (1-2 mm). Put mushrooms and onions on the dough, distribute evenly, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Roll gently and place seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush the strudel with yolk. Bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
