Of course, you may not like celery and carrots in a nutritious drink, but in order to get the benefits and not frown, it is important to combine vegetables and fruits correctly. For example, celery in combination with a banana is practically not felt. And carrots add sweetness and a beautiful shade to the drink.
It is necessary
- - banana - 1 pc.;
- - celery with leaves - 2 stalks;
- - carrots - 1 pc.;
- - honey - 1 tsp.
- - natural yoghurt, no additives - 100 g;
- - cinnamon powder - 0.5 tsp;
- - parsley - 3-4 sprigs.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your ingredients. Rinse the carrots, peel, cut into pieces. It's better to choose a banana that is slightly overripe. Peel, chop. Wash the celery and shake off excess water.
Step 2
Put slices of banana, carrot and celery into the container in which you will process food. Add yogurt, you can use kefir. On unloading days, replace yoghurt with regular drinking water. Pour in a spoonful of honey, cinnamon and parsley. Beat all products with a blender, initially work at low speed, then at high speed. Prepare a smooth, fluffy mixture.
Step 3
Pour the banana celery smoothie into the glasses. Offer almonds or raisins for a healthy breakfast.
