The chopped pumpkin is covered with sugar and left overnight. During this time, the pumpkin will give juice and syrup will turn out.

Step 3
After boiling a mixture of syrup and lemon, pour the pumpkin pieces. They should be completely submerged in the liquid. If there is not enough syrup, you can add water. Boil the pieces for 5 minutes over low heat. After the dishes must be set aside. When the solution has completely cooled, you can let it boil again. So boil the pumpkin for 5 minutes 3 times.
Step 4
Ready candied fruits are thrown in a colander and put on a baking sheet for drying. For drying, you can use a dryer or oven. Drying takes about 1 hour at a temperature of 100-130 degrees. After the candied fruits are well dried, they are rolled in fine sugar or powdered sugar. Store candied pumpkin fruits in a glass jar.
