- 1.5 kg sugar
- 750 ml water

Peel the peaches and pits, cut them into thin slices. We make a syrup from sugar and water, put on fire and bring to a boil. Put peaches in the syrup. Cook them for about a minute, then remove from heat and leave until tomorrow.
Step 2
The next day, remove the peaches from the syrup, you can use a colander, and put the syrup on the fire until it boils. When it boils, put the peaches in it and cook them again for about a minute. Then we remove from heat, remove the peaches from the syrup and put them on a baking sheet, enveloping each slice in sugar.
Step 3
Dry candied fruits for about a week in a warm, well-ventilated place. It is advisable to cover them with napkins so that no dust gets on them.
