Bake whitefish with onions and dill. To do this, remove scales from a fish weighing about 1 kg, gut, rinse and rub generously with salt. Cut 2 large onions into rings and place in the bottom of a deep baking dish. Then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped dill.
Step 2
Lay the whitefish on top without cutting into pieces. For convenience, you can roll the fish into a ring. Cover the dish with foil and place in an oven preheated to 160 ° C for 1 hour. Serve the finished dish hot with boiled potatoes or rice.
Step 3
To prepare whitefish with courgettes and mushrooms, cut 500 grams of fish fillets into large pieces, sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme on both sides. Cut 200 grams of fresh mushrooms and the same amount of zucchini into small slices.
Step 4
Put the zucchini in a hot skillet with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry until golden brown. In a separate skillet, fry the mushrooms in the same amount of oil. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with 50 grams of bread crumbs mixed with 1 tablespoon of parsley.
Step 5
Put half of the prepared courgettes and mushrooms on the bottom of the mold, and place the whitefish fillets on top. Cover the fish with the remaining mushrooms and zucchini, then pour over 100 grams of dry red wine. Sprinkle chopped parsley over a dish, place thin slices of butter on top and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Bake at 180 ° C.
Step 6
Bake whitefish with lemon. To do this, clean one fish, gut and cut along the abdomen from head to tail. Salt and pepper the inside. Cut one tomato and half a lemon into thin circles, then put them inside the fish.
Step 7
Brush everything with 1 tablespoon of French mustard, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped dill. Transfer the whitefish to oiled foil and preheat the oven to 220C. Wrap the fish and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, then unfold the foil and brown the dish for another 10 minutes.
