Cod is known for its beneficial properties. It is a low-calorie product rich in iodine, potassium, magnesium, vitamins A and D. The inclusion of cod dishes in the diet improves brain function, strengthens the heart muscle, helps prevent diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, and makes hair, nails and skin look healthy.
Cod under the "fur coat"
To cook cod steaks in the oven under a "fur coat" you will need:
- 4 cod steaks;
- 4 bell peppers;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 2 onions;
- 1 large potato;
- juice of ½ lemon;
- seasoning for fish;
- parsley;
- dill;
- vegetable oil;
- salt.
Rinse the cod steaks thoroughly under running water and pat dry with a paper towel or tissue. Then sprinkle with seasoning intended for fish, rub lightly with salt and drizzle with lemon juice. Homemade cod
To cook homemade cod steaks, you will need:
- 4 cod steaks;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 150 g of hard cheese;
- 1 bell pepper;
- seasoning for fish;
- vegetable oil;
- pepper;
- salt.
Wash the tomatoes and bell peppers and cut the tomatoes into slices and the bell peppers into rings. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater. Rinse and dry the cod steaks. Then season with salt and fish spices. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put prepared fish on it. Spread the tomato slices on top, then the bell pepper rings and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the cod in the oven at 210 ° C for 20-25 minutes.

To prepare this dish, you need to take the following components:

- 500 g of apples;
- 50 ml of dry white wine;
- seasoning for fish;
- ground white pepper;
- salt;
- vegetable oil.
Rinse the cod steaks under running water, pat dry with a paper towel, salt and pepper. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and fry the fish steaks over high heat. Grease a refractory dish or deep frying pan with butter, lay out the cod, and then cut the apples into wedges. - 100 g sour cream;

- 12 tbsp. l. water;
- ground pepper;
- salt.
Rinse and dry the cod. At the bottom of 4 portion pots, put a piece of butter and 1 tablespoon of sour cream each, then 1 steak each.
