- Cod - 1 kg.;
- flour -15 gr.;
- mushrooms - 100 gr.;
- tomato - 2 pcs.;
- dry white wine - 1 glass;
- carrots - 2 pcs.;
- onions - 2 heads;
- oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- cheese - 30 gr.;
- sour cream - 50 gr.;
- fat - 20 gr.;
- thyme
- Bay leaf
- parsley
- dill;
- salt
- pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Clean the cod, rinse thoroughly under running water and cut into equal four parts.
Step 2
Finely chop the onions, carrots and fry in a pan with the fish.
Step 3
Place the fried fish with vegetables on a baking sheet and add the sliced tomatoes, mushrooms, parsley, thyme, bay leaf and dill, pour over everything with wine and place in a preheated oven.
Step 4
Bake the fish for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Pour sour cream over the cod before serving.
