It is enough to properly prepare the zucchini and season them with a suitable sauce. By the way, zucchini is not only a delicious vegetable, it is also very useful. When you eat zucchini, you quickly feel full; in terms of calorie content, zucchini beat all records - there are only 20 calories per 100 grams!
Spicy zucchini salad
Ingredients:
- 300 g of pickled or canned zucchini;
- 1 carrot, 1 onion;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- pepper, salt.
Cut the zucchini into pieces, add the chopped onion. Squeeze the garlic through a press, mix with vegetable oil, add to the zucchini. Mix salad, garnish with fresh carrots.
Salad with zucchini and apples
Ingredients:
- 300 g of zucchini (young);
- 2 apples, 2 onions, 2 pickled or pickled cucumbers;
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise;
- sugar, dill, salt.
Peel apples and zucchini, rub on a large grater. Add the diced cucumbers, chopped onions and chopped greens, mix everything together, top with mayonnaise. A healthy zucchini salad is ready!
Meat salad with zucchini
Ingredients:
- 300 g of fried meat;
- 200 canned zucchini;
- 100 g of pickled pumpkin and canned peas;
- 100 ml of sour cream, mayonnaise;
- 50 g of greens;
- 2 eggs;
- salt, sugar.
Cut meat, courgettes, pumpkin into cubes, add peas, mix. Season the salad with a mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream and chopped fresh herbs. Season with salt and sugar to taste. You can use any spices you like. Put the prepared zucchini salad in a salad bowl, sprinkle with chopped boiled egg.
