As you know, pasta came to Russia from Italy. At home, she is quite popular, as, indeed, in many other countries. I suggest you prepare a very interesting, aromatic and surprisingly simple, but tasty dish - papardelle pasta with porcini mushrooms.
It is necessary
- - Papardelle paste - 200 g;
- - olive oil;
- - porcini mushrooms - 200 g;
- - cherry tomatoes - 4 pcs.;
- - cream - 200 ml;
- - dry white wine - 1 glass;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - Parmesan cheese;
- - thyme - 1 sprig;
- - rosemary - 2 sprigs;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
With porcini mushrooms, do the following: rinse thoroughly under running water, chop into fairly small pieces. By the way, if you do not have fresh mushrooms, then you can use dried ones to prepare this dish, just do not forget to put them in a bowl with water for several hours beforehand.
Step 2
Onions, having previously cut into small pieces in the form of cubes, fry in a pan with hot olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Then add the rosemary, thyme and salt to the sautéed vegetable. Cook the resulting mixture for a few more minutes so that the herbs added to it give aroma.
Step 3
Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and place them together with the chopped porcini mushrooms in the fried onion mixture. Cook the resulting mass until its color does not turn golden.
Step 4
Then add dry white wine to the golden mass. Cook the mixture over low heat until the added ingredient has evaporated. As soon as this happens, add there the cream and a few pinches of grated cheese. Mix everything properly. This will create a mushroom pasta sauce.
Step 5
After cooking the pasta according to the instructions on the package, mix it with the resulting sauce. Papardelle with porcini mushrooms is ready!
