- 2 bananas
- 100 g butter
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 2 eggs,
- 2 cups of flour,
- 2 tsp baking powder for the dough.
- For the second recipe:
- 200 g semolina,
- 100 g sugar
- 2 bananas
- 500 ml of kefir,
- 3 tsp baking powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Take 2 bananas. It is better to take ripe, even slightly overripe fruits. Peel them and knead with a mortar or fork until they are mushy.
Step 2
Melt 100 g of butter in a water bath. You can simply put it in the heat beforehand to soften it. Whisk softened butter with 1.5 cups sugar with a blender or mixer.
Step 3
Add mashed bananas to this mixture, mix well again. Whisking continuously, stir in two eggs.
Step 4
Continue whisking and add 2 cups flour and 2 tsp. baking powder for the dough. It is better to sift the flour first. Stir the dough until smooth.
Step 5
If you have a silicone mold, just pour the dough there. If not, grease it with sunflower oil or cover with parchment paper.
Step 6
Bake the cake for 40 minutes at an oven temperature of 180 degrees. Use a toothpick to test the cake for doneness. If it is dry, then it is baked.
Step 7
When the banana cake is ready, you can garnish it with powdered sugar or grate the chocolate over the cake. The pie according to this recipe turns out to be very tasty, airy and aromatic.

If you suddenly do not have eggs and flour, then you can still bake the most delicate banana cake based on semolina.

Mix 200 g semolina and 100 g sugar with a spoon. Pour 500 ml of kefir into the resulting mixture, mix the mixture with a mixer or blender. Add 3 tsp. baking powder and a pinch of vanillin. Beat the dough again.

Peel 2 bananas and cut into slices.

Grease a baking dish.

Pour half of the dough into a mold. Place your bananas on top of it, slightly drowning them in the dough. Pour the remaining dough over the top. Place the cake in a preheated oven.

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Check readiness with a toothpick.

Gently remove the finished banana cake from the oven and let it dry. Then gently turn over the pan and remove the cake. Top it off with banana slices and a sprig of mint.
