Chocolate cream is a treat that can cheer you up on a cloudy day. Drinking a cup of aromatic coffee in the morning with a small portion of thick chocolate cream made from cocoa - what could be better?
Cocoa Chocolate Cream Recipe
You will need:
- 100 grams of butter;
- 100 ml of milk;
- a glass of sugar;
- three tablespoons of cocoa;
- two tablespoons of flour.
Preparation
Cut the butter into small pieces, put it in a saucepan and put it on fire (keep the heat to a minimum).
As soon as the butter is melted, add all the sugar, flour and cocoa to it, mix thoroughly.
Pour milk into the mixture and, stirring constantly, cook the cream until thickened (about 10 minutes). Remove the finished cream from heat, beat and refrigerate.
Cocoa cream for cake
You will need:
- three eggs;
- 400 grams of butter;
- a bag of vanilla sugar;
- three tablespoons of cocoa;
- a teaspoon of brandy;
- 100 ml of water;
- two tablespoons of sugar.
Preparation
In a metal bowl, combine the water and sugar, put the bowl on the fire and bring the mixture to a boil.
In a separate cup, beat the eggs until fluffy, dense foam (they should approximately triple in volume).
As soon as the eggs are beaten, without stopping beating, pour hot sugar syrup into the mass in a thin stream.
Combine butter, vanilla sugar, cocoa and cognac, combine the mixture with the egg mass. The cream is ready.
Cocoa cream and sour cream
You will need:
- 100 ml sour cream;
- 100 grams of powdered sugar;
- 50 grams of cocoa;
- 10 grams of gelatin.
Preparation
Cool the sour cream, then mix it with powdered sugar and cocoa and beat thoroughly with a mixer.
Dissolve gelatin in 30 ml of water, mix it with sour cream. Pour the finished cream into molds and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
