Fried flounder is a very simple dish to prepare. After all, flounder is a flat fish, it comes to readiness very quickly. For frying, you can buy ready-made peeled fillets or whole fish, but you will have to prepare it. It is imperative to remove the skin from a whole fish - when frying, it begins to smell unpleasant. To make not just fried fish, flounder can be fried with orange juice, then the dish will turn out to be more original.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of flounder;
- - 300 g of oranges;
- - 150 g of onions;
- - vegetable oil;
- - pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the required ingredients. Peel fish carcasses immediately. Take large, ripe oranges.

Peel the onions, cut into thin half rings.

Squeeze the juice out of the oranges. No pulp is required for this recipe.

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet. Put onion, fry it until transparent.

Add the flounder carcass to the onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on each side for 5 minutes. You don't need to fry this fish for a long time, otherwise it will start to burn.

Pour orange juice into the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes without a lid.

Put the finished fish on a plate, put the fried onions on top. You can garnish with orange slices and fresh parsley.
