1 pink salmon carcass, 2 onions, 2 carrots, 200 grams of mushrooms, 100 grams of cheese, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and spices to taste, vegetable oil

Cut the fish into two fillets, leaving the skin and bones removed.

Place the fish fillets on a greased baking sheet. Season with salt and sprinkle.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion. Fry the onions and carrots in vegetable oil.

Rinse the mushrooms, peel and cut into small pieces. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil.

Put the mixture of onions and carrots on the fish fillet, top with the mushrooms. Pour mayonnaise on everything and sprinkle with grated cheese.
