The beauty of this dish lies in its quick preparation, and also in the fact that the fish turns out to be tasty, tender, juicy. Baked pink salmon can be served to the festive table as a cold appetizer, or it can be served with a side dish, as a hot dish.
It is necessary
- - 1 pink salmon
- - 2 onions
- - mayonnaise
- - 150 grams of cheese
- - salt pepper
- - greens
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse pink salmon well, remove scales.
Step 2
Cut off the head, remove entrails, fins, tail. Separate the fish fillets from the ridge and bones.
Step 3
Fish fillet is cut into portions, salted and sprinkled with pepper.
Step 4
Peel the onion, cut it into very small cubes, since coarsely chopped onion has every chance of not being baked.
Step 5
Grease a baking sheet liberally with vegetable oil. On it are stacked skin-down, meat-cut pieces of pink salmon fillet upward.
Step 6
Sprinkle the pieces of fish generously with finely chopped onions.
Step 7
Grease the fillet pieces with mayonnaise on top of the onion. Preheat the oven. Put a baking sheet with fish in it and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. A little water should be added if the pink salmon starts to "stick" to the leaf.
Step 8
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 9
Remove the baking sheet from the oven after 20 minutes, sprinkle the pieces of fish with cheese and put them back in the oven. Bake until the cheese melts for another 10 minutes. If you like a golden brown crust, then put the baking sheet higher. The finished fish is removed from the oven, divided into portions and served.
