  • eggs - 2 pieces,
  • sugar - 1 teaspoon

  • soda - 1 teaspoon,
  • flour - 2 or 3 cups, look at the consistency of the dough, it should not be thick

Instructions

Step 1

Any filling must be prepared in advance, the dough should not stand for a long time, as soon as it is ready - you just need to bake the pies.

Step 2

Beat sour cream with eggs, extinguish soda in a tablespoon of vinegar. If the dough is made on kefir, then you do not need to extinguish.

Step 3

Add salt, sugar, soda, mix well. Add the pre-sifted flour gradually until the dough sticks to the fork. The dough should be very soft.

Step 4

Pour flour on a honeycomb, put the finished dough on it. Divide the dough into pieces with a knife, form balls. Roll out the cakes 1 centimeter thick, mold the pies.

Step 5

Bake the quick dough pies in a frying pan in hot oil. Such a dough is not very suitable for the oven, although some people bake pies there.
