These quick pies are traditionally made with fish, so that if something happens to please the guests suddenly arriving, not just with something "delicious for tea." After all, fish pies (especially in combination with vegetables) are a full-fledged second breakfast or afternoon snack, a healthy and quickly filling snack. However, you can use other types of fillings - jam, fried cabbage, prepared minced meat, potatoes with onions, etc.

Step 1
First, we prepare the filling. We bake or boil any fish. Then we select bones from it, chop the fish and mix with green onions.

Then we knead the dough. Combine sour cream with sugar and salt and stir until a single mass is formed (with complete dissolution of sugar and salt). Beat softened butter or margarine with a mixer, add sour cream with sugar and salt to it and beat again. We add flour to all this, pre-mixed with soda and sifted through a sieve.
Step 3
There is another option for preparing a dough for quick fish pies. First, you need butter or margarine (in this case, you should take more butter or margarine - for example, not 100, but 200 g) mixed with flour sifted through a sieve to make a mass consisting of crumbs or small pieces. After adding sour cream to it, carefully replace the dough. Then add a little more flour, if necessary, so that the dough is not sticky. However, this should not make the dough very steep. For such pies, you need a gentle and not greasy "base".
Step 4
Divide the resulting dough into pieces - future pies. We knead each such piece with our hands and roll it into a thin layer with a rolling pin. Put the filling in the center, close it with dough and pinch the edges. Top the pies can be sprinkled with cumin or sesame seeds.
Step 5
We bake the pies on a greased baking sheet or margarine in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees until golden brown. This process will take 15 to 20 minutes.
