These oatmeal cookies are flour and butter free and are quick and easy to prepare. A great option for breakfast or evening tea.
It is necessary
- 3 cups instant oatmeal
- 0.5 tbsp crushed nuts (walnuts or hazelnuts are best)
- 0.5 cups brown sugar
- salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 0.5 cups refined vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, nuts, brown sugar and vanilla sugar. Add salt and nutmeg.
Step 2
Add liquid ingredients to the dough: eggs and butter. To stir thoroughly.
Step 3
Spoon the dough onto a baking sheet, forming small cakes. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
