Step 1

Add two tablespoons of flour and a pinch of salt. Add sugar if desired (maximum - 1 teaspoon), but according to this recipe, cheesecakes are delicious and without added sugar. You can also add raisins (pre-washed and soaked in water) or sprouted wheat grains. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
